The platform collects the minimum data needed to run it. That may include:

• Login provider (e.g. Google, Apple, email code)
• Display name
• Playing level
• Optional profile photo
• Optional bio
• Optional preferred location
• Optional mobile number
• Sessions you create and sessions you join
• Waitlist status
• Contact-sharing consent (per session)
• Reports and moderation data (admin-only)
• Basic technical and security logs

How we protect your data

• Email addresses are private. They are never shown publicly and are not shown to session organisers.
• Mobile numbers are optional and never public.
• A mobile number is only shown to the organiser of a specific session when you explicitly consent when joining that session.
• Organisers must only use shared mobile numbers for session logistics.
• Public visitors cannot see private contact details.
• Reports and moderation notes are visible to admins only.
• You can request account and data deletion at any time from your profile.

Passwordless sign-in

This platform uses passwordless sign-in.

You can sign in using supported providers such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook, Discord, or by receiving a one-time email code or magic link.

The platform does not ask users to create a password and does not store user passwords. Authentication is handled through the supported sign-in providers and authentication services used by the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your email account or sign-in provider account secure. If someone gains access to your email, Google, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook, Discord, or other sign-in provider account, they may be able to access your account on this platform.

We still take reasonable steps to protect the personal data stored within the platform, including profile information, session data, optional mobile numbers, and contact-sharing consent.

Your choices

• You can update your profile at any time.
• You choose per-session whether to share your mobile number with the organiser.
• You can sign out at any time.
• You can delete your account and associated data from the profile page.
